Acrylic and Latex paint on bi-fold doors
2015

"Elements of the Fordyce" was created for the 100th anniversary of the Fordyce Bath House on bath house row in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

This is part of the National Parks Artist in Residency program. For one month in March 2015. The Park Department allowed me to live in a cabin on park property and paint in a studio. They also let me work in the Fordyce which has become the visitors center for the park.

The art was displayed in the Ozark Bath House which is now a cultural center and gallery for artist in residence work.

Elements of the Fordyce was created with recycled materials on hollow core bi-fold doors with a mix of house paint and artist acrylics.
